Welcome to MYnatural Talents. MYnatural Talents comprises of various features from web pages operated by My Natural Talents ("Company"). The platform is offered to you in connection with its current products and services, which include MYnatural Talents radio and podcast services and MYnatural Talents Assessment. Your use of any part of the platform constitutes your agreement to all applicable terms and conditions contained herein.

MYnatural Talents App is a Social Networking Site that includes an online radio station broadcasting both recorded or live music and podcast content based on our philosophies and beliefs about life. It is designed to educate people 13 years and above about their natural talents and how to harness them for better economic value. The music and podcast content may reflect our religious, cultural and social perspectives.

MYnatural Talents Assessment is a structured evaluation system designed to help users (13 years and above) identify their natural talents, strengths, and abilities. It uses questionnaire-based assessments, transcript-based and non transcript based assessment to generate insights about your abilities, talents, and potentials. The assessment provides you with suitable career paths, professions, academic programs, and personal development directions based on your responses and evaluation results. It is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

If you are a paid registered member of the platforms, you may have access to either or both services, including quizzes, surveys, podcasts, radio content, and MYnatural Talents Assessment tools, depending on your subscription type and associated permissions.

Your use of MYnatural Talents is subject to MYnatural Talents' Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the platform and informs users of our data collection practices across MYnatural Talents App (radio and podcast services) and MYnatural Talents Assessment.

Visiting MYnatural Talents App, using MYnatural Talents Assessment, or sending emails to My Natural Talents constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically, via email, or through the platform satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

If you use any service under MYnatural Talents, including MYnatural Talent radio and podcast or MYnatural Talents Assessment, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not assign or transfer your account to another person or entity. The Company is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from theft or misappropriation of account credentials. My Natural Talents reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at its sole discretion across both the App and Assessment services.

My Natural Talents does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of thirteen, whether through MYnatural Talents App or MYnatural Talents Assessment. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform with permission of a parent or guardian.

MYnatural Talents may contain links to third-party websites. These are not under the control of My Natural Talents, and the Company is not responsible for their content or practices.

Certain services within MYnatural Talents App and MYnatural Talents Assessment may be delivered through third-party providers. By using the platform, you consent that My Natural Talents may share necessary information with trusted third parties for the purpose of delivering requested services.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use MYnatural Talents, including both MYnatural Talents App and MYnatural Talents Assessment, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use any part of the platform for unlawful purposes or in ways that may damage, disable, or interfere with its operation or other users' experience.

All content, including radio broadcasts, podcast materials, assessment systems, evaluation models, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of My Natural Talents or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

The platform may include communication tools such as chat areas, forums, and messaging systems across both MYnatural Talents App and MYnatural Talents Assessment services. You agree to use these responsibly and lawfully.

The Company reserves the right to monitor, remove content, or terminate access at its discretion.

My Natural Talents does not claim ownership of content you submit but may use it to operate and improve both MYnatural Talents App and MYnatural Talents Assessment services. By submitting content, you grant the Company permission to use it for operational and service-related purposes.

The platform is controlled and operated by My Natural Talents. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws when accessing MYnatural Talents App or MYnatural Talents Assessment services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Natural Talents, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and third-party partners from and against any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including MYnatural Talents App (radio and podcast services) and MYnatural Talents Assessment (talent evaluation and development tools).

This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

My Natural Talents reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such cases, you agree to fully cooperate with My Natural Talents in asserting any available defenses.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved on an individual basis. You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding will take place solely between you and My Natural Talents, and not as part of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

You expressly waive the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against My Natural Talents, including matters relating to MYnatural Talents App and MYnatural Talents Assessment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, the arbitrator or court may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

The information, services, content, assessments, and features provided through the platform, including MYnatural Talents App (radio and podcast services) and MYnatural Talents Assessment (evaluation tools and outputs), may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Updates and improvements may be made at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Natural Talents makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or completeness of any content or services provided through the platform.

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. My Natural Talents disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

In no event shall My Natural Talents, its affiliates, partners, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including reliance on radio content, podcast content, or assessment results.

If you are dissatisfied with any part of the platform, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use.

My Natural Talents reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. This includes access to MYnatural Talents App (radio and podcast services) and MYnatural Talents Assessment tools and services.

Termination may occur if you violate these Terms, engage in misuse of the platform, or act in a way that may harm the platform, other users, or the integrity of services provided.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. My Natural Talents may also remove or delete any user content associated with your account, subject to applicable laws.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.

My Natural Talents may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
